Refund Policy
In-Person Training: No refunds unless specified by Prime Fit KC on a per situation basis prior to the beginning of the first training session in accordance with the cancellation cut-off time, 2-hours before first training session. Rescheduling must occur 24-hours prior to training session. Cancellation or no-show fees are not charged.

Online Training/Programs/Communities: No refunds unless specified by Prime Fit KC on a per situation basis.
